The ASR1901 is a 5G chip for broadband and industrial IoT, compliant with 3GPP R16. Built on a 12nm process, it supports 5G NR/LTE/WCDMA/GSM/EDGE multimode, 5G SA and NSA networking, carrier aggregation, VoNR, and VoLTE. It also features 5G LAN, network slicing, high-precision timing, and uRLLC, with a wide range of peripheral interfaces.
